Graduate Opportunities

Arthur D. Little provides excellent opportunities for graduates who want to pursue a career in consulting.

We are looking for individuals who have worked hard and gained at least a 2(i) in any numerate discipline and are keen to put their intellect, curiosity, creativity and enthusiasm to test in a high-pressure client-driven environment. You'll have outstanding analytical and problems solving skills and be a clear and natural communicator whether in person or on paper. You'll impress us with your ability to work on your own initiative, but will thrive just as well in a team.

In return we can offer you a challenging career where you'll be involved in working with some of the top names in industry very early in your career. As well as on-the-job training we ensure all of our graduates have formal consulting skills training: case management, presentation skills, interviewing and report writing are just some of the topics we cover. We also conduct specific training on our tools and products.

When we recruit

Typically graduates join us as Business Analysts. We recruit all-year-round but strongly advise applying to us by the end of December at the very latest for the next academic year. Our interviewing process commences in January each year. Your application should include a curriculum vitae and covering letter. The letter should be concise and explain what areas of our business interest you most.
