A Manager provides a key role in the planning and management of cases and as such is responsible for delivering high quality work to our clients. He/she will have highly developed professional skills and will demonstrate co-operative attitudes to colleagues. The Manager will nurture and develop a number of client relationships and will support business development processes initially through securing repeat business but also through seeking new business opportunities. The Manager is team-oriented, will effectively delegate tasks to the team and is a good motivator of those around him/her.
